As part of our simple and organized Whole30 plan::: I have made a meal plan!
Of course, things do come up and I am flexible but my hope is to follow this plan for the week in an attempt to be organized and keep my life SIMPLE.
There wasn’t any major science to my plan. I went through the deep freezer to see what meats we already had, asked the “Whole Family” what some of their favorites are and voila!
A meal plan.
Breakfast- eggs, sweet potato coins, and pecans
Lunch- Whole Foods outing (I’ll let you know what we get!)
Dinner- Pork and apples (recipe coming soon!)
Breakfast- Eggplant hole in the head
Lunch- Ham and sweet potato coins
Dinner- Balsamic and rosemary whole chicken with asparagus
Breakfast- Eggs, spinach and bacon
Lunch- Sausage with cinnamon apples
Dinner- Spaghetti chili with ground beef
Breakfast- Coconut eggs on a bed of spinach with pineapple
Lunch- Chicken salad with avocado
Dinner- Hamburgers with homemade coleslaw
Breakfast- Eggs and kabocha
Lunch- Leftover chicken salad with avocado
Dinner- Leftover spaghetti chili
Dinner: Taco salad made by Brandon
I’m sure I’ll be adding in some extra veggies, fruit, and fat but this is the rough draft. Hope it inspires you to make some delicious meals this week as well!
Remember keep it SIMPLE, keep it REAL, keep it FUN, and keep it HEALTHY.
